5. Connect Slack
This is where UTSUROI earns its keep.
Requests fall through mainly because the place a request happens (chat) is not the place tasks live (the tracker). As long as a human carries work between those two points, a fixed percentage goes missing.
Connecting Slack deletes that carrying step entirely.

“10% → 1%” is not improved attention. The due date is announced in the open, so if the owner misses it someone else notices. The structure changed, not the people.
Three steps
Section titled “Three steps”Set up the minimum here. Everything else can be added later.
1. Connect
Section titled “1. Connect”Go to Settings → Slack integration.
2. Link a channel to a board
Section titled “2. Link a channel to a board”In Board settings → Slack → Channel links, pick the channel that corresponds to this board.
The unit of linking is “conversation in this channel becomes tasks on this board.” Keeping channel and board granularity aligned makes this much easier to run.
3. Turn on overdue notifications only
Section titled “3. Turn on overdue notifications only”In the same Slack tab, enable overdue notifications. Start there.
